After completing their studies at Texas A&M and Texas Tech, the duo reignited their childhood aspirations by experimenting with various breeds, growth timelines, and grain combinations. This creative approach not only refined their beef quality but also captivated the interest of their family and friends, leading them to launch Cut Beef in 2014.
