Born and raised on a sprawling Southern Illinois farm, I cherished the vibrant life surrounded by a variety of animals and lush crops. My connection to farming was further solidified during summers spent on a dairy farm in Ireland, where I learned the nuances of cattle farming and deepened my appreciation for the land.
After years of managing a successful powersports business and navigating the challenges of the pandemic, my husband and I decided to follow our true passion and return to our agricultural roots. Our mission at the ranch is simple yet ambitious: we aim to raise Wagyu cattle, Icelandic sheep, and heritage poultry while also nurturing honey bees. Our commitment to ethical and sustainable farming practices drives every decision we make, resulting in high-quality products cultivated with love and care.
